USyd Wins Peden Contract Law Moot

Sydney Uni is celebrating after winning this year’s Sir John Peden Contract Law Moot. The USyd team of Sarah Bradbury, India O'Neill and Millie Dale defeated Macquarie University last night to secure the title for 2014.

Michal Solecki, Bre Bailey and Sheridan New represented Macquarie University.

Justice Bergin of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, barrister Simon Philips, and Professor Elisabeth Peden judged this year’s moot.

The Peden Moot is an annual competition between law students at Macquarie and Sydney Universities.
